Terms of Use
Last updated 12 June 2026. These terms govern your use of this website. Use of our products and services is governed by a separate signed agreement, not by this page.
1. Agreement
This website is operated by Nareth Inc., a Delaware corporation. By accessing it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this page does not cover
Nothing here grants a right to use GeoSmart, ClinicOS, EGP, FieldLink or Nareth Core. Access to those is granted only under a master services agreement, order form and — where personal or health data is involved — a data processing agreement or business associate agreement. Where those documents conflict with this page, they govern.
3. Permitted use
You may view, download and print material from this site for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not:
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or use it to train a machine learning model without our written permission
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site or circumvent any access control, other than good-faith security research reported to security@nareth.ai
- Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the availability of the site for others
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Nareth, or use our name or marks without permission
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, graphics, software and marks including “Nareth”, “GeoSmart”, “ClinicOS”, “EGP”, “FieldLink” and “Nareth Core” — is owned by Nareth or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. No licence is granted except as expressly stated. Third-party names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement or a partnership unless we say so explicitly.
5. Anything you send us
Do not send us confidential information through this website. Any unsolicited feedback, suggestion or idea you submit may be used by us without restriction, obligation or compensation. If you need confidentiality, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first — we sign them routinely.
6. Forward-looking and illustrative content
Product descriptions, roadmap references and performance figures on this site are provided for general information. Metrics drawn from customer engagements are illustrative of results achieved in a specific environment and are not a prediction or warranty of the result you will obtain. Nothing on this site forms part of a contract or constitutes a commitment to deliver any feature or outcome.
7. No professional advice
Content on this site is not medical, clinical, engineering, legal or regulatory advice. Our products support qualified professionals; they do not replace professional judgement, and accountability for any decision remains with the person making it.
8. Third-party links
We link to sites we do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability. A link is not an endorsement.
9. Availability
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Availability commitments for our products live in the applicable order form, not here.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to this website, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Nareth against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this site.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live are not affected.
13. General
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date at the top of this page.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms: hello@nareth.ai.
Note for the Nareth team: this document is a drafting starting point, not legal advice. Have counsel confirm the governing law, liability and indemnity clauses against your actual corporate structure and insurance before launch.
