Company
We build for the industries that cannot afford a hallucination.
Nareth builds AI-native software for the institutions that keep things moving — health systems, boardrooms, land and infrastructure — and partners with teams to put that intelligence into production.
Why Nareth exists
The gap we kept running into.
The organisations with the richest operational data — health systems, boards under regulatory scrutiny, utilities and agencies managing land and infrastructure — are frequently the ones getting the least out of it. Not for lack of interest. The data sits in systems built decades apart, the regulatory surface is unforgiving, and the cost of a confident wrong answer is measured in outages, misdiagnoses or public inquiries.
Nareth was founded to work in exactly that constraint. We build products where the pattern repeats across an industry, and we take on services work where it does not. Both sit on the same platform, and both are held to the same standard: it has to run in production, and it has to be able to explain itself.

Principles
Opinions we have paid for.
Deployed beats demonstrated
A model that never leaves a notebook has produced nothing. We measure ourselves on what runs in production and survives contact with real operations.
Show the working
In regulated industries an answer without provenance is a liability. Every output our systems produce can be traced back to its inputs, its model version and its policy.
Judgement stays human
We build systems that compress the time between a question and a well-evidenced answer. The decision, and the accountability for it, remains with people.
Build for the hard environment
Bad connectivity, legacy protocols, air-gapped networks, twenty-year-old asset records. That is the actual operating condition, so it is what we design for.
Timeline
Where we have got to.
2024
Nareth founded
Started around a simple observation: the industries with the most operational data had the least usable intelligence.
2024
GeoSmart ships
First geospatial deployments with utility and public-sector customers monitoring distributed assets.
2025
ClinicOS enters clinics
Ambient documentation and scheduling go live across outpatient practices.
2025
EGP reaches the boardroom
Secure board pack assembly, statutory records and permission-filtered board intelligence deployed with listed and regulated organisations.
2026
Nareth Core opens up
The platform underneath our products becomes available to enterprises building their own.
How we are organised
Four groups, one delivery team.
We do not hand work across a wall. Research, platform, domain and assurance people sit on the same engagement from framing to operation.
Applied Research
Computer vision, forecasting and language model work aimed squarely at deployment, not publication.
Platform Engineering
The infrastructure our products and our clients' systems run on — pipelines, orchestration, reliability.
Domain Practice
Clinicians, company secretaries and GIS analysts embedded in delivery, so requirements survive contact with reality.
Trust & Assurance
Security, privacy, model governance and the evidence trail that regulated customers are required to produce.
